PGA TOUR Superstore World Amateur Handicap Championship
For the 22nd consecutive year, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina will host the best amateur tournament in the world, the PGA TOUR Superstore World Amateur Handicap Championship presented by DuPont. You heard correctly; after 20 years of sponsorship by the DuPont Company, the event has a new title sponsor.
Come be a part of the world's largest amateur golf event. Over 5,000 golfers from all across America will be in Myrtle Beach August 28-September 2, 2005 competing for over $400,000 in gifts and prizes!

Brookgreen Cool Summer Evenings Festival
Brookgreen Gardens will remain open until 9 pm Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings from June 15 through August 19 for their Cool Summer Evenings Festival, now its seventh season. All three evenings at 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. visitors can discover history as well as native flora and fauna, aboard The Springfield, Brookgreen’s 48’ pontoon boat, as it winds its way through freshwater creeks and abandoned rice fields.

Summer Family Golf Tournaments
Bring your family, friends or just yourself and take part in the best golf value on the beach while playing some of the best courses on the Grand Strand. The format is two person teams, Captain's Choice (Scramble). No established handicap is needed; we will use the Callaway System. Each tournament will include three divisions; Open, Couples and Adult/Youth.
